Refund Policy
Last updated: January 30, 2026
Important Information
Phishsight uses Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record for all subscription payments. This means that when you purchase a Phishsight subscription, your payment is processed by Paddle, and all refund requests are handled according to Paddle's refund policy.
1. Overview
Phishsight is a digital content service that provides immediate access to our phishing investigation and forensics platform upon subscription activation. All payments for Phishsight subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for these transactions.
By purchasing a subscription to Phishsight, you consent to immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once access to the digital content has begun.
2. Subscription Payments and Refunds
Phishsight subscriptions (Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans) are billed on a recurring basis and automatically renew until cancelled.
14-Day Refund Window: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal date. Refund requests made within this 14-day period will be processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
After the 14-day refund window has passed, no refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods. When you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Phishsight subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the end of your current billing period.
Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- No refund will be provided for the remaining time in your current billing period
- Your data will be retained according to our data retention policy
4. Free Trials
If you sign up for a free trial of Phishsight, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your payment method will be charged for the subscription, and the standard refund policy (no refunds on unused periods) will apply.
5. Requesting a Refund
Since Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all Phishsight transactions, refund requests must be submitted to Paddle directly. To request a refund:

6. Sales Tax Refunds

To be eligible for a sales tax refund:
- You must contact Paddle within 60 days of completing the purchase
- You must provide a valid sales tax registration code for your country
